Daytime Clinic
Children residing in Collin County who have no health insurance may call the clinic on Wednesdays to schedule an appointment. Patients are seen by appointment only and fee will be based on a sliding scale. Call the clinic for more information. Must bring proof of residency such as a utility bill or apartment lease.

Shot Clinic
We offer Shot clinics the 2nd Saturday of each month Sept. - Nov. and Jan. - May.
Shot clinics are held at the First Baptist Church Plano in the Berry Building which is located across the parking lot from the clinic. The hours are 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Ages 0-18 years.
Must have shot records.
